Milling Machine

Customers come from a wide range of areas. From small-scale modeling to large-scale industry. Commercial operators, universities and training workshops also take advantage of our expertise. Because we at STEP-FOUR think in solution oriented and practical terms. Following this course, we always find the appropriate solution for complex tasks in processing a diverse range of materials. Additionally, STEP-FOUR is a partner for sophisticated special purpose machines. As the first and only Austrian manufacturer, we offer our products on a global market scale. Our diversely ranged offer positions us as a specialist, who rises to both present and future challenges to provide innovative concepts.
With the milling systems, STEP-FOUR provides multifunctional complete systems, which actually exceed the requirements placed on quality, precision, diversity and customer proximity. The application of various processing units enables STEP-FOUR milling machines to process almost any kind of material. In addition to 2D, 2.5D ad 3D milling, they also drill, engrave, dispense, cut foils or plot. STEP-FOUR constructs milling machines as self-supporting systems with robust designs. A base plate is no longer required. This provides an operating range that is open toward the bottom, which also additionally enables precision processing of large-volume work pieces (e.g. housings).
STEP-FOUR systems meet the highest demands – both in matters concerning quality and precision as well as the price/performance ratio. Thus, the perspectives of a fascinating technology are open to a wide range of users.

Autocad software

AutoCAD is a commercial software application for 2D and 3D computer-aided design (CAD) and drafting — available since 1982 as a desktop application and since 2010 as a mobile web- and cloud-based app marketed as AutoCAD 360.
Developed and marketed by Autodesk, Inc.,[1] AutoCAD was first released in December 1982, running on microcomputers with internal graphics controllers.[2] Prior to the introduction of AutoCAD, most commercial CAD programs ran on mainframe computers or minicomputers, with each CAD operator (user) working at a separate graphics terminal.[3]
AutoCAD is used across a wide range of industries, by architects, project managers, engineers, designers, and other professionals. It is supported by 750 training centers worldwide as of 1994.[1]
As Autodesk's flagship product, by March 1986 AutoCAD had become the most ubiquitous CAD program worldwide.[4] As of 2014, AutoCAD is in its twenty-ninth generation, and collectively with all its variants, continues to be the most widely used CAD
program throughout most of the world.

Lathe Machine

A lathe is a machine that creates an object which has symmetry about an axis of rotation. It can be used to perform various operations such as cutting, sanding, knurling, drilling or deformation by rotating the work piece on its axis.

Head stock, bed, spindle, tailstock are its most essential components with which it performs various applications like metal working, metal shaping, wood working, metal spinning, drilling, boring etc. The spindle of the lathe machine is normally designed in such a way that it can be rotated to variable speeds and therefore can be employed for precision jobs with better control and ease.

Lathe Machine is developed in different styles and specifications to meet various requirements of different industries. Heavy duty lathe, extra heavy duty lathe, extra heavy duty roll turning lathe, light duty lathe, medium duty lathe, all-geared lathe are some of the most important types of lathe machines used for various industrial applications.
